Why can i only top up the interent with 500 MB voor €5,00?

Hi, I ran out of my internet bundle due to some unforeseen situations this month. And I have now topped it up with extra mbs.

My question is why have you kept an option of only 500mb? Why not more mbs?

This is really disheartening to see that the price for 500mb is at 5 euros. I have already used it 3 times now and it very expensive.

We have already submitted this to the department responsible for this, but unfortunately this topic is not yet a priority. I will submit this again, hopefully different options will become available in the future.

For now i added 3000 MB's to your account. You can activate this whenever you need this trough your Mijn Simyo account. If you login in your account you can find this at '’Overzicht'’.

For now i added 3000 MB's to your account. You can activate this whenever you need this trough your Mijn Simyo account. If you login in your account you can find this at '’Overzicht'’.

Beste ​@Pavi activeer de 3.000MB's pas op 1 juli, als je de bundel nu activeert ben he deze op 1 juli weer kwijt.

Als je op 1 juli activeert, is de bundel de hele maand juli geldig.

Dear ​@Pavi do not activate the 3,000 MB's until July 1st, if you activate the bundle now you will lose it on July 1st.If you activate on July 1st, the bundle is valid for the entire month of July.

Same situation here: I'm usually a happy customer, and don't mind to pay extra in case I exceed my contract. However, 5€ for a meagre 500Mb feels disproportional. Suggestions: quantum discount, or: adjust your bundle immediately (instead of only per next period). Thanks for considering!
