Hello, I am receiving 2G mobile data instead of high speed 4G or 5G data. What is the fix for this?

Thank you for your message. I am sorry to hear you are not able to use our 4G network. This might have to do with the settings on your phone. Have you checked if your network preference is 4G? On the iPhone, you can check this by going to Settings > Mobile Network > Options > Mobile Data > Calls and Data. There, you should be able to select 4G. Also, I would suggest following these step-by-step instructions to manually set up the internet on your phone. At last I would like to inform you about the fact that we currently do not offer 5G yet.
