Usage of data outside the EU

Dear Simyo Team 

 

I was travelling from Netherlands to India and i put the phone on airplane mode with the data turned on in Netherlands. As soon I landed in India and turned off the airplane mode it directly started using internet on simyo as soon as I noticed it i switched the sim off. Now I am seeing a 60 euros of fee for just 2 min of usage that too was not done intentionally. I would like to request to take the fee but please consider to lower the amount because 60 Euros is too much just for 2 min of usage that would not be even more that 10 mb or 20 mb.

 

I hope you understand and revert back with a fair charge fees.

Thank you for your message. I understand that you are shocked by these extra costs. 

To avoid costs abroad i advice you to turn off the internet option in your Mijn Simyo account. If this option is still on it can always happen that you make extra costs as soon as the airplane mode is turned off. 

Can you send me a private message with your personal information? Then i will have a look at the costs.
