Why is my payment higher?

Good afternoon,

 

the contract I signed up for costs 15€. I looked on the app and it says I will be paying 27€ each month. Can we please fix this. I only want the 15€. Can you please explain why it’s so high? I was on the app this morning and it wasn’t 27€ and when I logged on it’s 27€. I clicked nothing and received no email about it so it shouldn’t be costing that much. Can’t we please sort it out

The reason why you see this amount is because the first invoice is always higher then the next invoices. This is because on the frist invoice you pay for the month that the subscription starts and for the next month. After the first invoice you will only pay €12,00 each month. We also explain this in the first e-mails we send to you.
