Why is it indicated that I have not paid the invoice?

Hello, I paid 65.23 euros for my subscription on June 1, but the system doesn’t get what I have paid and insists that I have to pay 77 euros. Please look into this issue.

 

Moreover, I dont get why I am charged with so high rate as I moved out of the Netherlands, and just want to cancel my subscription. I have sent an email with the proof of deregister, so please look thorugh it and cancel the subscription as soon as possible.

I see there was a connection to the network in South Korea. This is not within zone 1 so you will pay €5.00 per mb if internet usage is registered on the SIM card. I also see you still have an expiration date on the contract. This is possibly the reason you can't cancel yet. However, this would be possible if the subscription is bought off. 

Would you send me a private message with your personal information? Then I can give you some more information about the notification you get from the invoice of €65,23.
