Dear Simyo,



In december 2014, I discovered my invoice has increased from 10 euro to 102 euro!

This is due to a charge on the internet in use!..but How Come! since I did not use the internet on this phone in December, but (once in a while) the phone is on when it is in charging.



Could you please clarify on this.

In your records I can see you already contacted our customerservice with your question.

You probably were unaware of the internet usage. Smartphones can use data 'on their own', similar to a regular computer.

Because this was an accident you received a one time restitution :)
