Hello. I am writing to address a concerning issue regarding the recent blockage of my SIM card due to excessive data usage. I am disappointed to inform that I never received any prior notifications regarding my data consumption reaching its limit, and as a result, my SIM card was blocked abruptly.

As a student, I rely heavily on my mobile data for various academic and personal purposes. It is crucial for me to stay connected, especially during my first month in the Netherlands. Unfortunately, I was not aware of the strict policies and high charges associated with exceeding the data limit with Simyo. I am shocked to learn that I am being billed an exorbitant amount of 235 euros for a few days of additional usage, without even being notified.

I want to express my disappointment with the way the data plans are structured, as I was not adequately informed about the potential consequences of exceeding the limit. If I had been aware of these terms and conditions, I would have definitely chosen a different service provider that better suits my needs and budget. This situation has left me feeling deceived, especially considering my limited resources as a student who has recently arrived in the Netherlands.

I kindly request your assistance in finding a suitable solution to unblock my SIM card. I understand the need for fair data usage policies, but I sincerely believe that there must be a more reasonable resolution to this issue.

I would greatly appreciate your understanding of my situation as a new customer and student. I hope we can reach a solution that allows me to continue using Simyo.
