Out-of-bundle costs as new customer

As a new customer, DO NOT transfer your current number to SIMYO. Despite having an active and fully working contract, they cancelled my service during the transition period without any notice. As a result, they charged me out-of-bundle fees, and in my case I was billed €130 for just one day of usage.

This is apparently how they welcome new customers.

Thank you for your message. I'm sorry to see that you had a bad experience with us. 

​​​​​​I just had a look on your subscpription and i see that the costs were made because you used the simcard before your numberporting was ready. In the e-mail we send you we also give a warning about this and that you can not use the simcard untill the porting date. I'm sorry if this was not clear for you. 

I see that you already had contact with our customer service and that you came to a solution with them about the costs. Good to see! 

Hopefully it is all clear for you now. If you have any other questions, please let me know.

Most people here are already subscriber here, so your warning might be a little late.

If you explain in detail what happened maybe someone might be able what happened and explain or solve your issue.

Hoeveel tijd zit er meestal tussen ontvangen van de simkaart en nummerportering?

Zou het niet simpeler zijn de bundels wel meteen te activeren?

Hoi ​@XTF, dat verschilt per klant. Ik kan voorleggen bij de juiste afdeling of ze hier eens naar zouden willen kijken, wellicht kan er ooit een andere optie komen zodat de klant geen kosten kan maken met het tijdelijke nummer. Ik vermoed niet dat het voor nu prioriteit heeft omdat er wel duidelijk voor wordt gewaarschuwd in de e-mail.
