Charges made on the bill to phone numbers not called or contacted from my son's phone.

Thank you for your message. I understand this is concerning. In many cases, an item appearing on the bill does not necessarily mean that a call was actually made from the device itself. The charges could, for example, be related to premium services, call forwarding, voicemail services, or other network services linked to the phone number.

As I cannot request personal information publicly on the forum, could you please send me a private message with the phone number in question, your customer number, and the name and postcode of the account holder? Once I have those details, I'll be happy to investigate this further for you.
