I put a hotspot for my wife who is pregnant and had a long day after we moved into a new apartment to watch something and relax this evening and left my phone while I unpacked our boxes.Â

when I look at my phone later in the evening I see a text from Simyo saying my phone has been cut off due to a high bill.Â

when I check my bill it’s 300 euros for the month! I normally pay 11 euros a month!Â
I never agreed to paying 15 cents per mb after my data ran out - and the data ran out much quicker than expected so I didn’t have a chance to cut it off.Â

Please help, this is a bill for multiple years of phone usage. Â I have been a loyal customer of Simyo for almost 13 years!Â
