How do I pay my bill?

I don't see how or where to pay my bill.

Thank you for your message. Good thing you contacted us about this!

Initially, we will debit your invoice from your account via direct debit. If the direct debit is unsuccessful, the invoice will remain outstanding. We will then send you a reminder email and you can pay your invoice manually via iDeal. 

You can also see which invoices are outstanding through Mijn Simyo. Thank you for your help ​@Scotsman! 🙂

You will see all information in Mijn Simyo, both on the Simyo website (https://mijn.simyo.nl/) and in the Mijn Simyo app. If you have Prepaid, you can easily top up your prepay balance there. If you are on Sim-Only, you will be invoiced every month. Again, all info is on Mijn Simyo. If you have difficulty understanding Dutch, I’m sure somebody on this forum will assist.
