Thank you for your message and I understand your question.

You can pay an outstanding invoice through Mijn Simyo by logging in on our website and paying the invoice with iDEAL from the overview. In the Mijn Simyo app, go to Invoices, tap the relevant invoice, and pay it from the itemized details screen.

If you have any problems with logging in you can request a new password trough via Wachtwoord vergeten. Enter your phone number and email address there, and you’ll receive an email with a new password to log in.
