I wanted to ask if is possible to change my date of direct debit in my account , I need to change it for each end of the month .

Thank you for your message.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the collection date. This is the same for every customer. You can only request a postponement of payment for an invoice. If you want to do this, you can contact our customer service or send me a private message with your personal details.
