Hi! It says my phone is out of use due to administrative reasons & to contact my service provider? Is this a KPN error or what should i do about it?

The reason why Simyo has blocked your sim card is due to high usage ‘Hoogverbruik’. That means that within 24 hours you have made more than € 75,- costs or within 7 days more than € 250,- with your mobile. Therefore your connection has been blocked out of precaution.



I see you've also send us an e-mail. For future reference we would like to ask you to only contact us by one channel and not two or more.



We have replied your e-mail with the steps necessary to unblock your sim card. Could you let us know when you have paid the required amount in advance and send us the receipt of the payment?
