Hi,



I have noticed in the past few days that there some transactions (mijn verbruik page) with Aanvulling BTG description that I do not understand. For example:

Time Description duur / aantal Bedrag

04:00 Aanvulling BTG 1 € 1,95



This looks like an automatic payment to make sure my balance is never negative, but I did not set this.

Can you give some information about these transactions?

BTG means beltegoed, so indeed it is an automatic payment to make sure your balance is not negative.



A moderator can check why your account was upgraded.
