Why don't I have a mobile internet connection in Italy?

Hello, my internet abroad (Italy) is not working.
I have followed your online guide:
- internet abroad option is switched on on my simyo app
- mobile data and roaming are activated on my phone
- APN is set to internet, username KPN, password GPRS
- I switched my phone off and turned it on after 15 minutes or so.

Coyld you please help me find a solution to the problem? I haven't used this SIM card for several months but now that I am back to Europe would like to use it again. Phone network works regularly with calls and text messages.

Welcome to our Simyo Forum :)

It's a shame you don't have a connection in Italy! You obviously want to use internet over there too. It's a good thing you already did all those steps, shame they didn't work out.

I performed a reset on your simcard, that way it can reconnect to the phone network. Could you please turn off your phone for 15 minutes and check if you have a internet connection afterwards? If not, could you check if your simcard works in a other phone? Hope to hear from you soon :)

Thank you for your reply. It seems the reset of the Sim card worked! I now have internet connection.
