Impossible to call in Germany

Hello,

I have a pre-paied card, with money on it, but I haven't been able to call or text anyone when I was in Germany.
I have turned off my phone and tryed to select manually a German operator as it didn't work automatically, but everytime I tried to select one, it said my sim didn't allow me to do it.
Why?

Hi Laura,
Did you turn "Bellen in en naar buitenland" on your personal Simyo page "AAN" (on)?
After you have done this, turn off your phone and take out your simcard and put it back again.
Otherwise it may not be working.

You are by chance not the Laura who owns a VW Transporter????

Hi laurage,

Did you read koorelle2's advice? I can see the option 'bellen in en naar het buitenland' is switch off. You can switch it 'on' on your personal page.

Can you let us know if it works?
