At present I am not in NL (outside the European zone). I would like to receive SMS, I tried all the possible options in the settings (restarted so many times but no luck)

Hello @Seeta,

Thank you for your reply. Do you also have problems with calling or sending text messages? Can you maybe follow the steps that you see on this page to select a network manually?

I don't see any reason that you should not be receiving text messages, can you receive phone calls or do you also have problems with this?

Greetings,
Amy

Hello @Seeta,

Thank you for your message. If you are connected to the network you should be receiving text messages. Be aware that if you are connected to the network outside the EU it can happen that you make extra costs if there is internet registered on the simcard. You can find all rates here.

For now i did a reset on the dataroaming option on the simcard. You can turn off the phone for 10 minutes to complete the reset.

I would like to hear if you can receive text messages after this.

Greetings,
Amy

After turn off for 30 minutes and manual network selection, I got the signal back. I received simyo (1200) sms.

I have 2 eSIMs maybe some issue over there (I’ll turn on and off based on my needs).

Thanks it is working now.
