i was informed that because of using data at Bermuda, i have to pay 60 euros for that. But i have never traveled to there, on that day i am on a ship very close to Barcelona, on mediterranean
Let me guess: you were travelling on a ship that is registered in Bermuda. And you were connected to the ship’s mobile network rather than a network located in Barcelona (Spain). So your mobile was roaming “in Bermuda” although you were physically not in Bermuda. Therefore Simyo has charged you for the use of data for Bermuda (tariff zone 3, €5 per MB). Next time try to connect to an onshore provider if you’re within reach of an onshore network, this works out a lot cheaper than using a ship’s mobile network which often uses an expensive satellite link to an onshore provider.

I also see on your connection that you have disabled receiving border messages. You can always find the tariffs in the messages we send by text message. I therefore always recommend turning on receiving border messages. You can enable receiving border messages by texting to 1330 “INFO AAN”.

and i am sure that my ship only provide paid Wifi, not other kinds of network.
Hi
Thank you for your message. I'll try to explain it a bit more.
Your phone is always seeking the strongest network this can be Wifi or mobile data. When you were travelling there was this one time the Bermuda network was stronger than the others leading to the made connection and occurred costs. This is regardless of the ships wifi or it's registration. This is all about your mobile network, the location of the ship and the strongest network connection nearby.
You can manually select your network next time and turn on the border messages so you can prevent this in the future. You can see how to manually select a network via our Toestelhulp. You can enable receiving border messages by texting to 1330 “INFO AAN”.
