Hello,

I'm going abroad, precisely to Greece, and I have two questions. The first question is if I can normally use the data I have in my bundle without additional costs. The second question is if while being here in Greece I can call another Dutch number in the Netherlands for free.

Thank you for your message. How exciting to hear that you are going to Greece!

Your bundles are valid here, as Greece falls under zone 1 (EU). However, you do need to be careful that your phone does not connect to a Turkish network if you are close to the border. If you are connected to a Turkish network, your usage will no longer be covered by your bundle. We will send you a border notification from Turkey as soon as you connect to a Turkish network. In this case, it is best to manually select a Greek network on your phone.

Calls from Greece to the Netherlands are also covered by your bundle.

The answer to the first question is yes, but be aware that at some locations you are close to the Turkish border. You must prevent that your phone is connecting to the Turkish network.

The second question I do not know.
