Hi,



I write this in English since my Dutch is not good enough.



I am in Germany right now and I can't connect with my Simyo SIM only. I can't connect to any network, it always fails.

This is new since last time I tried it (last month), there was no problem connecting, call and get called.



Can you please help? I need to connect asap (today!)

First of all, if you go to Mijn Simyo, is the "bellen in en naar het buitenland" switch ON? Maybe it got switched off by accident since the last time you were in Germany. If it is already ON, then switching it off, waiting 15 minutes and switching back on again may help. In any event, reboot your phone so that it will register again with the German mobile network.

Yes - it is switched on and I rebooted multiple times.

I'll try to switch it off and on again as you suggest (I'd be surprised if it works!).

OK - problem solved. Customer service did something. Probably a problem on their side. Thanks for the help :o
