I’m Crystal and I registered for Simyo only a week ago. I requested to keep my old number which belongs to Lebara Mobile and I received an email from Simyo that my old number was transferred to Simyo simcard on Saturday, Oct 7th. However the number Simyo provided me still appears to be my current number on my Iphone. When I called my friend, it’s the new number calling and when my friend called my old number, it’s said to be not available. I restarted my iphone twice and nothing happened. What should I do?
