Hello, I need help with my phone - I paired an Apple Watch with it yesterday, and updated to ios 17. Since then Simyo hasn’t appeared as my network, and there’s something about KPN on my phone, which hasn’t been there before. How do I get Simyo to be my network again? My phone says it has no service at the moment and I can only use it via WiFi. Thanks.

Thank you for your message. I'm sorry to read that you don't have any service with your phone!
Did you already try to select a netwerk manually? I don't see anything strange at your subscription. If it doesn't work to select a network manually you can try to set up network manually. Make sure the network mode is on 4G in the settings from the phone as we have no 5G.
If the settings doesn't work you can try if the simcard works in another phone. We can then check where the problem might be.
