Why do i not have any network coverage?

For the past weekend I have not been able to use my phone due to no network coverage. I have removed and re-inserted the sim. Reatarted the phone and is now busy with an IOS update. 
 

Please assist.

Thank you for your message. I'm sorry to read that you have problems with the network.

Can you make phone calls with the Simyo eSIM or do you also have problems with this? Did you bought your phone abroad? It also may help to get a stable internet connection again with the tips trough our device help.

For now i did a reset on the internet option from your simcard. Can you turn off the phone for 10 minutes to finish the reset? I would like to hear if the reset works.

Strange thing is that everything worked fine and then suddenly stopped. 
 

last night I removed the sim card and applied for the e-sim. But still nothing works.

Thankyou for your reply. Where did you bought the phone? If the phone is bought abroad this may be the reason that the eSIM doesn't work. Did you also removed the physical simcard when you were downloading the eSIM? This helps to finish the installation from the eSIM. 

Maybe you can try to download the eSIM again when there is no physical simcard in the phone. For the validationcode you can send me a private message with your personal information.

The phone was bought in the Nederlands.

Hello ​@Roelf,

Did you already try to download the eSIM again? You need to delete the eSIM first trough the settings of the phone. After that you can dowload the eSIM again trough the Mijn Simyo app.
