Where can i find my PIN code?

I ordered a SIM only subscription with number porting. The previous SIM has been deactivated. When I insert my Simyo SIM, it asks for an unlock PIN which I haven't received. I checked my spam folder as well. I did receive a temporary phone number and password via email though. Do I need to activate the SIM with the temporary number before having the number ported?

Thank you for your message. 

We send an e-mail with the temporary number and your password for Mijn Simyo. If you login on Simyo.nl you can find the pin and pukcode trough Instellingen > Simkaart.

Thanks for your reply. The issue has been resolved. There was some delay with the number porting so I wasn't able to login and confirm the contract.
