Why is that I can't use my data internet, calls and text and i already paid all my due bills. My simcard status is still blocked where supposed to be it's already restore

Thank you for your message. That definitely doesn't sound right, especially if you've already paid your outstanding balance.

Could you let me know if you've already restarted your phone? Sometimes the connection is restored after a restart once the SIM card has been reactivated. If that doesn't solve the issue and your SIM card is still showing as blocked, could you send me a private message?
