I have VoLTE activated and roaming ON, I have internet on my phone but I can’t set my mobile plan.
Basically, VoLTE, abroad is not recognized by Apple as adveertised here https://www.simyo.nl/klantenservice/netwerk/volte-4g-bellen
Error message: Apple Watch cannot use mobile plan while roaming internationally.

It is indeed true that we do not yet support this. We use the KPN network, but we are a separate provider.
When this option becomes available, we will of course share this on our channels.
