I have a SIMYO subscription and just completed the change to SIMYO prepaid with number portability. I will get the new SIM card in the post. Do I still need to cancel my present subscription?

No, the subscription is automatically denounced as number conservation goes well.
Do you no the subscription number retention than runs until you cancel it yourself.

We also like to welcome you on our Simyo forum 🙂 I see that maikel.twinnie has answered your question correct. The order for a Prepaid sim card is processed. When your number has been transferred than your old Sim Only subscription will be terminated.
