N service, how can I reset my simcard?

I already turn everything on and off and I don’t have any service outside netherlands.

reset network settings… I heard you can reset SIM card settings… can you do that for me?

im traveling and that’s really bad

Thank you for your message. I am sorry to hear about the network problems. I have just reset your simcard, if you turn off your phone for about 15 minutes it should work again. If not, please do let me know so we can look at other options.
