My sim is "partially blocked" on I don't know why?

After I top up my credit and my internet bundle on the 20 Sep, I realized that I wasn't able to use them. I waited a few day and checked on it again, and saw that it said that my sim was "deels geblokkeerd". I didn't recieve any mails, messages or invoices on why this might be case. I have read on the reasons for why my sim might be blocked, and I thought that it might have been because of high consumption of data, but again, I didn't recieve anything that indicate this. Please help me on this issue.

I can see on your connection that your SIM card is indeed blocked. I've just removed this block. If you restart your phone, everything should work again. Can you let me know if this has solved the problem?
