Hi - prepaid sim customer here. any idea why I’m getting a ‘message sending failed’ when trying to send a text message? I’m able to receive messages, and receive and make calls. I have tried switching off and on, reloading the sim and restored factory settings.

Do you have a screenshot for me of the error message you got. Are you currently in the Netherlands? Are you trying to text to dutch numbers?
