Ik heb mijn vervangende simkaart geactiveerd, maar heb nog steeds 'geen service'.

Hi,
(In English but answers in Dutch are fine)
I just activated my new micro sim that I ordered for a new phone. However the new phone claims sim card faulty as does old phone. Old sim card now also stopped working. It looks like the new sim might have a damage as there is a blotch on the metal part. 

Help, please!

I can see in our data your new simcard is properly activated, so I guess you have received a defect simcard :(
Another simcard is already on it's way! I'm sorry for this inconvenience...
