For Android customers kan you use https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.yas.freeSmsForwarder.

Simyo cann't forward directly your SMS to another number.

I see that you've already met maikel.twinnie. He pointed out that it unfortunately isn't possible to forward text messages trough the network. It is possible to do it with some apps, but I believe the cellphone needs to be switched on to work.
