Hi, 

I just opened a new account with SimYo today but I requested a Number retrieval which I now want to cancel. I’ve sent a message to WhatsApp customer support but no response yet. Could someone help me with my number porting cancellation?

Thanks, this issue was solved via WhatsApp help. But afterwards I tried to register my new eSIM number with WhatsApp and it hasn’t worked, I tried every protocol from WhatsApp but still not working. After having a long conversation with WhatsApp help via email WhatsApp helpdesk concluded saying eSIMs aren’t compatible with WhatsApp currently. So now I’m not able to access WhatsApp.
