Hi i just started my sim only contract 3 days ago and i lost my internet connection via the network, only wifi works. It worked on the first day but not since then. I have tried to setup a new connection as described for another galaxy user but it did not work. If i try to open the internet app i get the message "no signal found for mobile networks" however the phone shows me 4 bars, so i am connected to kpn. Can you help? Sorry for writing in english but my written dutch is poor. You can reply in dutch if you like. Thanks.
Hi Tobi.  (A special usersname for us Dutch people)

Good morning.

Have you already controlled your settings in Mijn Simyo?

Look at your internet settings.

Best regards,

Friesian

I hope that this message is not written in poor English..
Hi Friesian,

Thanks for your feedback. Yes I checked mysimyo and internet is switched on, also on my phone mobile data and all network types are enabled. I also paid attention to my phone reception. I have full bars, currently -73dBm but it doesn't show the 3G symbol. I have no clue what to do....
Hi Tobi.

First take a look at my last advise...

Next try....

Look at your mobile phone settings.

Do you use Mobile Networks, when needed that must be turned on.

Then controle your settings,

more settings.....roaming.

Use mobile networks because of the costs only if needed.(when you use wi-fi, also turn off)

Mobile data is very expensive....

I hope this helps you

Best regards,

Friesian

When it doesn't work wait for a better answer.

But let it know....
Hi Tobi.

Friesian
Hi Tobi, welcome on our Forum :)

I myself would also have given you the internet settings for your phone, can you let us know if Friesians anwer was the right one?

@Friesian; thanks a lot!
I tried all of it. No changes, it still doesn't work.
My mobile internet connection was reset by simyo and now it works.

Thanks for all your help!! 🙂
