Hello, I would like to end my contract. Evey month it renews itself. When should I cancel it? On my account, it says that it will be renewed in 24 days. I still want to keep the contract during this month, May, but I would like to avoid paying also for June and make sure it is canceled by the end of those 24 days.

I'm sorry to read that you want to end your Simyo subscription :(
When you cancel your subscription it expires on the first day of the next month. For example when you cancel today (09-05-'16), your subscribtion expires on 01-06-'16.
