I already have a subscription simonly with you. I would like to switch to telefoon met abonnement, but when im trying to order the only possible way of identifiation is a Dutch document, which I don't own as a foreigner. Is there a way to take out a subscription with a phone without a Dutch ID, but with a BSN?
Do you have anything that identifies you and contains your BSN, like something from the IND (Immigration Service)?
Not really. The closest thing I’d have is my certificate of enrolment, but it doesn’t contain my BSN i think. I’m a EU student here.

Thank you for your message. Nice that you’re interested in a new phone! I checked this for you with our telephone shop department and I was told that you can only order a device from us with Dutch documents. I'm sorry I don't have better news for you

Is there absolutely no way to avoid this? Even if the sum for the phone would be completely paid upfront?
