number portability or name switching

I made a month-to-month contract for my girlfriend but now we would like to move the contract on her name without losing the phone number. What is the best way to accomplish this? Can we just switch the name on the contract or we need a totally new subscription for her?

It is not possible to change the name of your subscription, because it is a contract. You can choose to continue the subscription under the current conditions. Or you can order a new Prepaid sim, with number portability, which you can then change to a Sim only subscription, using the transition-link (overstaplink) on Mijn Simyo.

You can change all the other information (bank account nr., email adress, etc.) It's just the name that can't be altered.
