I have simyo prepaid and I have 15 euro left on my prepaid sim card. I want to switch to the 1-year subscription. Are there any activation costs?

No there are no activation costs or step-over-costs because you are already at Simyo.

What will happen to my credit that is leftover on my prepaid sim card?

Youre leftover amount will be adjusted with the first bill you get.

Can I change my bundle (example intenet bundle) month by month?

Yess you can. everytime before the 25th to do.

Example.

You want in July a higher or lower bundle ....call / sms.....data you change it before the 25th of June.

The first time you choose for internet with sim only starts directly.



A moderator will also give you some Xtra explanation within 24 hours on working

days.

I see that Friesian has answered all your questions. No activation costs will be charged if you use the blue "Stap over naar Sim Only" button when you want to switch from prepaid to a year contract. You can find the button on the Mijn Simyo area of your prepaid subscription.



Within two day your subscription will be converted in the selected contract.
