I deleted my esim from my phone by accident. I do need to reactivate it as soon as possible. It's Saturday and it's not possible to receive a verification code as the first step of esim installation. How can I reactivate the esim?

You can re-install your eSIM on your phone through the Mijn Simyo app. For the validation code, you can send me a private message with your personal information. I can then send you the validation code through e-mail .

Hello,
as many, I want to change the eSIM from one phone to the other.
Following the instructions, I had a a call with klantservice and they sent me the validation code to my email.
The client service worker also said that I first needed to delete the eSIM from the old device, which I did.
The code that I received is of 7 digits while the one in the app is 6 digits, I tried trimming it off but it didn't work and I only have 6 attempts left.
I cannot call anymore because I followed the instruction: first delete the eSim from the old phone.
I'm locked, can someone please help me get a validation code?
