I accidentally deleted my e-sim in effort to gain signal thinking that reinstalling would solve the problem. However, I soon realized that Simyo does not provide an easy reinstallation process. 

I have not received a verification code through my email. 

I need my phone to work as soon as possible. Please help.

The verification code is sent by SMS to the deleted simcard, so that does not work!

An alternative is verifying the process using iDeal? And lastly you can indeed contact customer service (in this topic) to receive the verification code by other means/email. Given you already have made an own topic, no doubt a moderator (=Simyo employee) will read this later today and ask you to sent him/her a private message.
