Good evening, I joined Simyo a couple of days ago. Today I received the SIM card, but I finally wanted the e-sim card. I received an email with the confirmation, but the link of that email to activate the e-sim card is not working, so I can’t activate it. Anybody know what happen or how I can to use 1sim + 1e-sim in same iPhone?

Thank you for your message. Good of you to get in touch about this. What a shame that the link fails to download the eSIM! Is your phone from outside the Netherlands? Because of this it is possible that you can not download the eSIM because the software does not allow it. You can also try to delete the Mijn Simyo app and download it again. Maybe it needs an update.

It is also important that there is no physical SIM card in the phone when installing the eSIM. This may disturb the process.
