I was installing new eSIM using My Simyo from Poland. I am moving to Netherlands and wanted to purchase the before arriving.

Usually I activate the sim before arriving to the country. But I am facing issues this time. It says “unable to activate eSIM contact KPN NL for assistance”

How do I activate the sim? Please help me in this regard.

Thankyou for your message. Did you bought the phone in Poland? Because of this reason it is not possible to download the eSIM because the software does not allow it. 

We can send a physical SIM card to the address linked to the Mijn Simyo account. If you want this you can send me a private message with your personal information.
