Thank you for your message. I'm sorry to read that your simcard is not working!

I just had a look on your subscription but i see that the simcard is active so it should work. I also see that you ordered a new simcard, maybe this will work! For now i will do a reset on the simcard that you have now. Can you turn off the phone for 10 minutes so the reset can be done?

I would like to hear if the simcard works after this.
