I received my sim card yesterday, and I follow the steps to activate it, but I dont have service. I also tried to turn off my device for a while but is not working

I tried to use it in another device and is still the same,

Is the sim card defective of there is something else happening?

Thankyou for your message. I'm sorry to read that the simcard is not working! I see that you already had contact with our customer service and that they will send you a new simcard. Hopefully this works!
