Hi, my sim suddenly stopped working today. I received this sim a few days ago with sim-only subscription (family deal and number porting). The subscription started a few days and it has been working fine until today. I have tried the following,

  • Same sim in some other phone - sim doesn’t work
  • Tried another sim in my phone - that other sim works

This makes me think the issue is in the sim. Can someone support in this please.

Thankyou for your message. How inconvenient that your SIM card is not working! I took a quick look at your connection and I see that your sim card is indeed actions. What type of phone do you have? Then I can find out if you are inserting it correctly! Also, I want to know if you have clicked the sim card out to the correct size. 

If this does not seem to be the cause then I would like to perform a reset on your sim card. This will remove any blockages and your sim card will re-register to the network. Could you send me a private message for this with your personal details?
