Hello, I tried to transfer my eSIM from my old phone to my iPhone, but when installing the eSIM on the iPhone, it keeps showing that the eSIM is invalid. Could you please help me?

Thank you for your message. I'm sorry to read that you can not download the eSIM! Did you bought the phone abroad or is it a dutch phone? If it's a dutch phone it should work.

Can you maybe delete your profile in the Mijn Simyo app and login again? You do this on the login page. You have to click on the ''X'’ next to your profile. After this you can login again and try again to download the eSIM. 

I would like to hear if this works!
