I was installing new eSIM by using Mijn Simyo from abroad to prepare the stay in Netherland.

I always activate eSIM before I enter the area, but this time it did not work. It said “contact your carrier” or something like that.

Can I restart it again? Or, what else can I do?

I see that you've already been helped through Facebook, we've send you the validation code for your eSIM so that you can install the eSIM through the Mijn Simyo app. I recommend keeping contact through one channel to avoid confusion in the future. Thank you for your understanding. 🙂
