Hello. I just started Simyo’s sim-only plan, and I am having problems with activating my eSIM. After I log in to my SImyo application, it leads to downloading process though I already had done. I tried to delete the versions I already installed and re-install the sim, but after i tried Installation, I have to log in again and start installing a SIM. I don’t have any idea of what is happening now, besides, the whatsapp service center don’t see my messages I sent yesterday though on website they say they will answer in 30 miniutes.
