Port esim to new iphone, how do I do this?

Hi,

I changed my phone recently and trying to reinstall esim in a new phone. The phone is asking for QR code but I do not know where to find one. Can you please help?

I do not have access to my old phone any more.

Thank you for your message. I would love to help you further with this!

We don't work with a QR-code to install the eSIM. If you want to install the eSIM on your new phone, then the only way to do this is to download the Mijn Simyo app on your new phone first. After that, you click on Instellingen> Simkaart> eSIM - Ga verder met validatie. Here you'll see that you have to enter a validation code. If you're not able to receive this code, send me a private message with your phone number and personal data. I'll send you the code though e-mail then :).
